Christian Home Education Fellowship (CHEF) of Alabama exists to promote and encourage Christian home education for the glory of God. Whether you are thinking about homeschooling, just beginning homeschooling, or are a veteran homeschooler, we exist to encourage, inspire, and equip you.
The Annual State Convention
In 2009 our twenty-first annual convention is scheduled for June 26 – 27 at the Birmingham Jefferson Convention Complex in Birmingham. Godly speakers will encourage and inspire you to fulfill your God given responsibility to train your children. You will have an opportunity to examine curriculum, hear keynote speakers, attend workshops, and make new homeschool friends. Many homeschool families are so encouraged by the convention that they book a hotel room every year.
Imparting Wisdom; Building Godly Character.
The theme of this year’s convention is, “Imparting Wisdom; Building Godly Character.” Jeff Myers is returning as our featured keynote speaker. We look forward to providing this awesome event to give you the tools to make a difference in your family’s life.
