Sheraton Birmingham Hotel, located next to the Convention Center, is offering a special CHEF rate of $105 for single and double, $125 for a triple, & $135 for a quad. There is an additional $12 per day parking fee and an additional 14% room tax. Dining Accommodations

There are two full service restaurants within the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex campus.  Casey’s Sports Grill and The Atrium Restaurant are both located on the Atrium level of the Sheraton Birmingham Hotel.  There are also numerous restaurants within 10 minutes of the facility in the 5 Points South and Lakeview districts.  These areas can be reached utilizing the Dart Circulator service after parking at the BJCC.  Also, the concession stand will be open inside BJCC during lunch.  The BJCC does not allow people to bring in food.

DIRECTIONS TO THE BIRMINGHAM JEFFERSON CONVENTION COMPLEX

From Huntsville, Tuscaloosa, or Montgomery:
At the downtown interchange of I-20/59 and I-65 take I-20/59 east to Atlanta and Gadsden. q

For Exhibition Halls, Meeting Rooms, and Sheraton Birmingham Hotel - take 17th street exit (125A) and turn left on to 8th Avenue (first light). Proceed on 8th Avenue to Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd North. Take left and go under the interstate. The Sheraton Birmingham Hotel and Medical Forum are on your right, Exhibition Halls and Meeting Rooms are on your left.  The convention will be held in the East Exhibition Halls and East Meeting Rooms.

You may also take the 22nd Street exit (125B). At the bottom of the ramp for the 22nd Street exit you may take either of the following routes:

Option one - Take a right on to 22nd Street.  Go to the first light and take a right on to 8th Avenue.  Go one block and take right on to Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd North.  Go under the interstate.  The Sheraton Birmingham Hotel and Medical Forum are on your right, Exhibition Halls and Meeting Rooms are on your left.

Option two - Go straight at the bottom of the ramp. Proceed one block to 23rd street. Take a left, go under the interstate, and proceed one block to Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd North, and take a left.

From Atlanta and Gadsden:
Take 11th Avenue exit from I-59/20 west (126A - not on map). Stay to right on ramp and circle to the end of the ramp at 25th Street. Take right on to 25th Street go one block, then take a right on to Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd North. Go three blocks.

Take 22nd Street exit from I-20/59 west (125) At bottom of ramp go straight across 22nd Street. At the next intersection take a right on to Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd North. The Sheraton Birmingham Hotel and Medical Forum are on your right and the Arena, Concert Hall, Exhibition Halls and Meeting Rooms are on your left.

From US Hwy 280 - Elton B Stephens Expressway:
Take Carraway Blvd. exit. At the second light take left on to Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd North. Go four blocks.
